わたしのしゅみ

わたしはみずたま(water polo)をします。しあいは四十五ふんぐらいかかります。プールで十二人と二ゴールキーパーがいます。みずたまはたいへんですが、すてきスポーツですよ。一週間に三かいれんしゅうします。たくさんおよぎます！

先週しあいがありました。ニューヨークのHamiltonへしに行きました。とてもさむかったですよ。たぅさんゆきがありました。コルンビアは二しあいをかって、二しあいをまけました。

三月三十一にちCornell大学でしあいがあります。たくさんれんしゅうしなければなりません。

Suggesting a travel plan to a friend

Joeyさんはニューヨークへ行きたいですか。Times Squareへ行きます。

ここはとてもきれいでにぎやかです。たくさんしゃしんをとりたいから、カメラをもってきてください。そうして、　かいものすることができます。それから昼ごはんを食べてください。Midtownにたくさんいい日本のレストランがあります。りょうりはおいしいです。びじゅつがすきですか。ニューヨークのびじゅつかんはとてもゆうめいです。

えを見に行ってください。ばんホテルへかえります。ねるまえにHalal Cartの食べ物を買います。

べんりでおいしです。たのしいりょこうですよ！

What I expect to learn from the podcast project:

• Making a presentation both interesting and informative
• Conveying a message in Japanese to both native speakers and beginning learners
• Using pictures, special effects, etc to spice up the presentation and help make the message more easily understood
• Time management, getting everything done in time and being able to coordinate with group members
• Overcoming challenges with the English/Japanese language barrier

What communication means to me:

• Providing helpful constructive criticism to members but not complaining or being rude
• Being able to talk about problems and everyone pitching in to help solve them
• Everyone is willing to spend time and effort on the task
• Listening to everyone's questions and concerns
